I have over 24 years experience in learning and development, focusing my career on facilitating and creating impactful learning experiences for employees from the newly hired front line to executives. As a Facilitator, I have delivered training solutions from workshops to full new hire curricula. As an instructional designer, I grew my skillset by focusing on how the learning content I design could enhance the learning experience through innovation and modernization. As a Learning Architect, I focused my efforts on managing training programs through needs analysis, implementation, and evaluation.
